Our outside packaging is fully recyclable, very discreet, does not show the brand name on the outside, or indicate the product or value (except for EU orders as customs declaration with value is required). We are happy to ship directly to the gift recipient.
Should you wish additional gift wrapping, please choose the gift wrapping option at check out (for £4 extra) and I will wrap the jewellery box with luxury wrapping paper and a ribbon, with a hand-written greeting card if you leave a gift message.
You can also choose to just add a gift message on a plain card for free.
As with all fine things in life, you should take care to protect your jewellery and always store it in a fabric lined jewellery box, taking care not to drop, bash or scratch.
Always remove your jewellery when applying perfume and lotions, hair spays, doing housework or sports activities, going into the shower or swimming. Remember, jewellery items should be the last thing to put on when completing an outfit, and the first thing to remove after a day out.
Silver items should avoid getting into contact with chemicals like bleach, acids and sulphur (which can be found in some body care products, bathing Epsom salt, and natural hot-springs) to avoid possibility for tarnishing.
Most of our handmade pieces are crafted with the perfect conflict-free alternative to a mined diamond or coloured stone.
We choose the highest quality of lab created coloured stone and diamond simulants in the market. They may not test real chemically or structurally, but they will last a life time if cared for properly.
For coloured stones, it means that they are lab-grown gems and contain similar elements, have similar colour, hardness and optical appearance as natural stones.
For diamond simulants, it means that they are high in hardness, reflective index and dispersion just like diamonds. Also, they are hand cut, faceted and polished in the same way as real diamonds, making sure you get the maximum fire, brilliance and sparkle.
It is very important that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the item upon receiving it, please contact me before leaving any review, I would always help to resolve any issue.
Returns or exchanges must get authorised within 7 days of receiving the item, sent back within 14 days in unworn condition in original box, with a tracking number.

If item returned shows wear marks or damage, it may get rejected or any loss in value will get deducted.

Please check out the video below and you'll see at the bottom of the band there's an overlapping section that allows adjustments. When you are wearing it there's no difference and hardly noticeable. It also does not affect the quality of the band.
I made the band adjustable is because working in the jewellery industry for so long I know how difficult it is to get a ring size right even in person, let alone online or as a gift. Different ring shapes, weather conditions, body conditions, etc. all affect the actual size a ring feels on a customer's finger.
Making the ring adjustable is so much easier for a customer if the fit is not 100% as she can make the ring smaller or bigger herself.
Of course! If you prefer a solid band, I can always still make it for you to order, usually it takes about 4 weeks and a small custom fee (£35). Please message me and I'll send you the listing for the extra payment.
Please note that unless faulty, solid rings made to order is not available for return or exchange.
If the ring was made to the size given correctly, but the size given turned out to be wrong, I do not provide re-sizing service as it's always best to visit a local jeweller and measure the finger properly, then resize the ring, than trying to do it remotely again.
All jewellery made with plated gold will inevitably start to wear off after wearing for a long time, you can have it re-plated at a jeweller. Some tricks can help to prolong the colour for longer:
Always remove the ring when doing housework, showering, swimming, working out and sleeping. Avoid getting it into contact with rough surfaces, hand sanitiser, hand cream, house cleaning agents, perfume and other chemicals.
For people with an active lifestyle and wish to wear the ring all the time, it is best to go for Solid Gold option if a rose/yellow gold ring is wished, or go for the white gold plated option as even though the plating will also wear off, there is little obvious colour change.

The most accurate way to find out the ring size required is always to visit a jeweller and have them measure your finger properly using professional jeweller's Finger-sizing gauges, or you can usually buy them on Amazon.
It is NOT recommended to use any other online sizing tool or a piece of string as the sizer has to be a rigid circle, with a similar width to the ring you are buying in order for the sizing to be accurate.
If this is not possible, or if you are buying as a gift, please do not worry as most of my rings come with adjustable ring bands, which means that the size can be altered after sale at home easily. (See previous FAQs)

My item was first sent from UK and it got lost with Irish Anpost, but William was so helpful to send me another one so I paid a little extra fee for FedEx Express and its unbelievable - I got them delivered in day and half... Best courier service ever 😊
